I just downloaded this app and am eager to become a sitter. Although the app needs a lot of help and Ive come across many bumps as Im trying to fill out an application. For example I filled everything out and wrote my description, and then it asked me if I want the protection plan, so I went to read about it and when I was done everything I had typed was gone. Just annoying.

Rover has been fantastic- highly recommend.

Both the app and the services are great. The app is being continually improved with added functionality and yet remains intuitive. Finding a dog sitter in my area and price range was a snap. I like the services and guarantee they offer. Its not some random person coming in to your house and taking care of one of your most loved family members.

We had been Rover users for quite some time, before we decided to become dog sitters as well. It takes a little time to build some reputation and clientele, but it if youre are a dog person like I am, watching dogs becomes easy and dog owners like that. Rover is a great way to meet other owners and connect you with families who care about their dogs and it has become a way to supplement my income.

I was worried about leaving my dog alone in my apartment for a night, then I discovered this app!!!! Its just like with kids but with dogs

I just found Rover within last few hours and I already found my puppy a perfect sitter! Im excited to be able to have some free time and also allow my pup to meet new friend! This has been amazing!

Rover gives you every tool you could ask for and ensures you and your dog are happy. I have used the most expensive dog boarding facilities available and theyre prisons compared to some of the Rover sitters. Ive literally boarded my dogs at places charging over a hundred dollars a night per dog and the experience for the dog is shabby compared to Rover. Rover sitters love your dog the way you love your dog. Who could ask for more?

Rover has solved our heartache! It is safe, secure and the pet sitters are fully capable and reliable. No more searching for neighbors, friends or worrying that teens will forget. We love Rover!

We were extremely happy with our first time experience using Rover. Ive already recommended the service to several people. It really took the worry out of traveling, knowing our dogs were in such good hands. Juliet was wonderful about sending us updates to let us know our pups were having a blast! We are already booking for our next trip!

Everything works great except for the calendar which "cant retrieve services" - and then when trying to update the calendar, it crashes the app. Also, the calendar doesnt automatically sync with google or iCal so every time you update a booking you have to export a new calendar.

Great facilitator of communication when Im away. Rover is easy and fun to use, and close communication with my sitter means more peace of mind for me!

Just wanted to make a suggestion for the next update. It would be great to have in the inbox section to know what requests are what. Like when I get a message from a customer I dont know if they want house-sitting/dog-sitting/ daycare/ drop-in/ walking request. I usually have to click on the info button, then details, then total price info to see which service they want If you could maybe color code it or just put a label on what request the owners want. I could see right away which service they want and take it from there. Thank you!!
